We here at Gfest love Lobo. How could you not? He's the Main Man for crying out loud. He's a bounty hunter that will take up any contract if the money's right. Whether it be his fourth grade teacher, Santa Claus, or God himself, Lobo will get the job done. He has been barred from Heaven and Hell, effectively making him immortal by default.
Your friends at Gfest saw some pictures of the Justice League Unlimited Lobo and his package from Mattel’s C2E2 earlier this month, but here we have the official Mattel press pictures of Lobo and his packaging courtesy of Action Figure Insider. Now you can read all of the text in his bio and get a better look at the Main Man busting through the other chumps in the line up! More pictures after the jump.

Digital Comic Book Industry Is Growing -- FAST!
The Comic Book Industry is dreadfully behind the times on digital distribution. Now look, we get the romantic feel of a printed comic book in our hands, we really do. On the other hand, I read the first issue of Irredeemable
by Mark Waid while in line at the grocery store. And for once, I was happy to have gotten in the wrong line. I then went on to buy all the rest of the issues digitally. This is not a book I probably would have picked up or read, had it not been available on my iphone.
So while digital comic distribution is widely panned by the purists in the industry, it's worth noting that what may consider to be the future of comics has now become a million dollar a year business.

Bruce Wayne Still Gettin "F'd in the A" by DC Comics
At the Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo in Chicago this weekend, the DC Universe Panel gave a glimpse into the future of DCU. One would think coming off Blackest Night the strongest series since the original Crisis on Infinite Earths, DC would be headed in the right direction. Think again!
Everyone's favorite "one-hit Starman wonder," James Robinson is going to continue making us suffer through two series. At the C2E2, Robinson discussed the "War of the Superman," which will replace the regular Superman books in May and feature a war that takes exactly 100 minutes to fight. Wow, since the current Superman books have been so fantastic this story should be riveting!
