Zombie Mario Mushroom Kingdom

Is Robert Kirkman designing video games for Nintendo?  Probably not but this Zombie picture of theSuper Mario Bros. is as good as any zombie in the Walking Dead. 

Is this Halloween or a new off broadway production?  I don't know but am hoping they're traveling the country with their show.  Broadway Across America needs to pick this one up.

PS:  I love the fact Princess Peach is smoking.

First Pictures from AMC's The Walking Dead Adaption

AMC's has officially begun production of their new TV series based on the Robert Kirkman comic "The Walking Dead." The first season will only be six-episodes long, which quite honestly sucks, but its hard to complain too much after you see the preview pictures of the zombies.  They look AWESOME.  

The show follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes, traveling in search of a safe and secure home after a zombie apocalypse.

AMC provided SuperheroHype with the video below, in which Produce/Director Frank Darabont discusses his inspiration for doing a series about zombies, the thrust of this survival story and his goal to "do for zombies what 'Mad Men' has done for advertising."

LEGO to Release Set of 16 Special Minifigures
