Sonic the Hedgehog Becomes Yet Another Victim of the Economy

 

At this point in the economic recession, you'd like to think that the worst in behind us.  You'd like to think that if you were going to lose your job, it would have already happened.  You'd like to think things can't possibly get worse, and then you see a sight like this.

Poor Sonic the Hedgehog.  Things have gotten so bad that he's had to turn to the cash to gold people just to make ends meet.  Hopefully those rings are worth more than my Sega Genesis.
