File this idea under "We didn't I think of that." Urban Daddy has uncovered New York's latest trend in summer bartending—The Hopsicle Experience.
The hopsicle looks like your standard can of Tecate: then the barman injects the beer with simple syrup and lime juice, jams a wooden stick into the hole of the can and then puts the freezer for four days.
The bartender then saws it in half with a serrated steak knife to open it. Then you get to push the wooden stick upward to dispense the hopsicle in true Push Pop style.
