Alternative explanation may be that she has a disability where she can't stand for long periods of time. The person standing behind the "lazy" person seems to be dressed as a nurse or other medical staff. Maybe just a coincidence, or maybe it's the woman's aide. Just a thought. Can't always judge a book by its etc...etc...
There's another photo circulating of the same person, in the same clothes, sitting on the same chair on an exercise machine. I'm guessing it's viral marketing rearing its ugly head again.
